The 10% guarantee

If any site's plow area is off by more than 10% from your field measurement of the same area inside that address's property lines, we redo it free or refund that site. Check the free sample against a lot you know cold: that is exactly what it is for.

Refund policy: the guarantee covers the plow area total for each site, measured inside that address's property lines. If a site's plow area misses your field measurement of that same area by more than 10%, we redo it free or refund that site at its pack price: about $20 per site in a Starter Pack, about $15 per site in a Route Pack.
